Fiona turned her head and glanced at Enrique. A magical look flashed across her eyes.

"How could it be possible? Don't talk nonsense, Kate. This man is not my boyfriend, but a friend of Teresa and me. He came here today for some his own business, so he dropped by to see us. He knew that Teresa was in hospital, so he came to see her."

When she turned her head again, Fiona didn't care about the way the man looked at her at all. She just lied to the nurse calmly.

'A friend of Teresa?'

Enrique frowned tightly. If she said he was her friend, he could understand. But this woman said he was a friend of Teresa and her, which made him a little dissatisfied.

However, Enrique still stood aside silently and listened to the conversation between the two women without saying a word.

"Oh, it's your friend. He is so handsome!"

Kate praised Enrique sincerely and looked at him with obsession.
