Javier’s POV
I awoke to the delicious aroma of breakfast. I knew it was my wife in the kitchen. As I dashed downstairs, I was met by my kid and wife in the kitchen. Xavier was baking as my wife and the others arranged the table. I walked around her back to hug her as she went to check her pot. I kissed her neck while wrapping my hands around her waist. I sneered as she quiver slightly.
“You are mine to touch, Mrs. Hills?” She turned and kissed me while wrapping her hands around my neck.
I would have cursed you if you had asked me to marry four months ago. But believe me when I say that I married the most lovely lady on the earth.
“Good morning, my darling,” I murmured, and she kissed me again before answering.
“Good morning, my king. How did you spend your night?” I’m sure she doesn’t want me to respond to that one in front of our kid. She fucked me like it was the last time.
“Well, Mrs. Hills, tell me how you think my night went.” She gave me a wink as she gazed at me.
“My prince, what are you baking?” I turned to face my son and inquired. The footprint I saw last night has vanished.
“I’m cooking your favorite dessert, apple pie, since Grandma said you loved it, so I went on YouTube and watched a video on how to make it. Take a seat; it will be ready shortly.”
Javier sat and waited without saying anything. When Xander arrived with the apple pie he had prepared for his father, the table was set and everyone was seated.
“You didn’t eat it the previous time I baked for you, Daddy. Please eat this today.”
“All right, my prince, papa is going to have your pie today.”
Sandra mounted the stairs, barking like a crazed dog, while everyone was sitting and eating.
“Javier, I waited all night for you to come to bed in your room, but you never did. You must carry out your responsibilities as the baby’s father. If you didn’t spend your evenings with me, this baby wouldn’t be as strong.”
No one responded to her statement. When the helpers heard the moans and groans coming from their master’s bedroom, they couldn’t help but giggle. That, of course, would not reveal to Sandra that their boss had been transporting her to the guest room. Sandra slept with Javier just a few times in those years, and it was always in the room she chose. Miss Sunshine had no idea it was the guest room, not Javier’s room.
She was certain that it was his room. They sat and ate without saying anything. She was startled that no one seemed to care about her comments. She sat down after pulling up a chair. Gabriella handed her a platter of bacon and said,
“You should try this; it’s excellent for the baby.”
Are these people ridiculing me? Sandra had a thought in the back of her head.
“Javier, today I’m heading to the doctor for a check-up. The baby’s father is expected to be there. Since I’m carrying your kid, I want to have the Karlmann King Gabriella is driving. It’s safe and comfy for the child. Don’t you agree, Gabriella?”
