Violet said, "Yes, one hundred million is too much. 50 million is okay."
"Sorry. Mr. Dixon approved one hundred million. Then it would be one hundred million." Aadam said that he couldn't reduce it to 50 million.
Jessie's eyes widened, "Violet, 100 million is okay. After we set up the company, we will not only buy more machines and more cloth, but also will rent a larger office and hire more people."
Hearing that, Violet felt reasonable. She took a deep breath, and agreed, "Okay, so be it. In terms of shares, we will divide more for Mr. Dixon."
"Okay." Jessie clapped her hands.
Aadam stood up, "If this is the case, I will go back and report to Mr. Dixon. After drawing up a contract, we will allocate funds to you."
"Okay, Aadam. See you next time." Violet nodded slightly.
Aadam turned around and went out.
As soon as he left, Jessie couldn't wait to hug Violet, happily adding, "Violet, this time we really met our lucky person."
"Yes." Violet responded with a smile.
Wasn't this mysterious Mr. Dixon just their lucky person?
From the moment he appeared in J City, he had been helping them.
"Violet, I'm really so happy. Let's eat out to celebrate it?" Jessie let go of Violet and suggested.
Violet didn't want to make her feel unhappy, so she agreed.
"Then let's eat the hot pot. It's been a long time since we ate it last time."
With that said, Jessie carried her bag in one hand, and held Violet with the other. Then she ran out of the room.
After them disappeared in front of the elevator, the door of the room next door they had stayed in was suddenly opened.
Stanley came out from inside, followed by Fraser and Aadam.
"Go to drive the car." Fraser instructed Aadam.
Aadam responded and went to drive the car.
Fraser followed Stanley to the elevator and asked inexplicably, "Mr. Murphy, why do you have to invest in Violet with the identity of Mr. Dixon? You are her boyfriend. Can’t you invest directly with your original identity?"
Standing in front of the closed elevator door, Stanley said with a cold expression on his face, "She won't accept it!"
"Why?" Fraser didn't understand.
Since she was lack of investment, why would she refuse Mr. Murphy's investment?
"Because she doesn't want to rely on nepotism, nor does she want to get involved with people who are close to her." Stanley said.
Although Violet was not a typical strong woman, she was also very ambitious. She only thought about working hard by herself, not about relying on the people around her.
Otherwise, with her self-esteem, she would always feel that she was inferior than the people around her, and the relationship between them would no longer become equal.
"Well, I have seen a lot of close people work together. After the relationship broke down, they want to split the assets. Then they become enemies." Fraser touched his chin.
Stanley glanced at him coldly, "Our relationship will not break!"
Fraser was stunned, and then he realized that he had said something wrong. So he cleared his throat embarrassedly, "I'm sorry, Mr. Murphy. I didn't mean it."
Stanley snorted coldly, retracted his gaze, and stepped into the elevator.
Seeing that Stanley didn't mean to care, Fraser felt relieved and hurriedly followed.
In the next few days, Violet was very busy.
Because the studio was officially transformed into a company, there were too many things to do. She and Jessie ran outside almost every day. Sometimes when she returned home, it was in the middle of the night. The two children even complained that they could not see Mommy.
After a week had passed, the company could finally start to operate. Violet could have a rest. But she lost a lot weight.
Looking at her slightly sunken eye sockets and the dark circles, Stanley regretted investing in her studio.
But the regret lasted only a few seconds before it disappeared.
