"Emily, that gentleman is really a good person. You have to thank him," said Bert.

Emily replied, "I will."

"No," Emily explained. "Nathan and Sophia are together. She's Sophia's mother. Sophia is getting married, so naturally, she's coming back for the wedding."

Bert gritted his teeth. "F.ucking wedding! I see it clearly now. Nathan is just a irresponsible scumbag! If he can treat you like this now, what will he do to Sophia in the future? There are only two kinds of cheating: zero and countless. Now his attitude towards Sophia is already bad. When we were at the Reed's, I wanted to take Sophia away.
