Lucas studied her face gently and thought to himself, 'But will I be a part of your future?'

He knew better than to voice it out as it would only pressure Anne.

Sarah sat down in the cafe and stared outside the window as she sipped on her coffee.

She spotted Anne walking over, but Lucas was nowhere to be seen. Before Anne could even take her seat, Sarah asked hastily, "So? What did you two talk about?"

"Did he come all the way here because he knew you were here?"

Exposed of her true intention, Sarah cut to the chase. "If Anthony is out of the picture, you two can be together. You can get married and give birth to more babies. You will have a happy life!"

"I'm so annoyed by this." Sarah sipped on her coffee to suppress her anger.

"If not Lucas, then just marry Anthony!" Sarah said, "Like I've suggested before."
