“Get out.”
Hayden lowered her head and stepped aside, leaving the way by the bed for Joseph to leave the room.
Joseph, however, did not leave. He stared at Hayden with his cold and sharp eyes.
“Okay, you don’t want to leave right. Then, I will leave.”
Hayden took a deep breath as she tried to keep calm. Then, she stepped a big step forward and walked towards the door.
Before she could take two steps forward, her wrist was suddenly grabbed by him, causing her entire body to stagger and fall onto the bed on her back.
“What are you doing?”
Hayden put one hand against Joseph’s chest, “Let go of me. Have you forgotten what happened before? If you dare to do that … I will call the police.”
“You can do so.”
Joseph looked at her with certainty, “I’ll help you find a lawyer if you need one. You can sue me until I am sentenced to jail. No matter what you say, I’ll cooperate with you.”
“You are crazy.” Hayden struggled and slapped him, “You are a psychopath.”
Joseph held her hand.
“I’ve become a psychopath after I fall in love with you.”
Hayden looked at him in amazement. She looked like she did not believe his words.
She didn’t know that Joseph enjoyed looking at her innocent face at the moment.
…
She knew that he was just pretending that he loved her, but she still could not resist his temporary affection.
