Chapter 1244 You Don’t Know Who Your Man Is?
Arthur did not notice the odd atmosphere. When he ran up to Kisa, he finally noticed how odd the atmosphere was.
It seemed as though there was a murderous feeling floating in the air.
Moreover, he kept having the feeling that someone was glaring daggers at him. It sent shivers down his spine.
He could not help but move closer to Kisa. Then, he whispered to her, “I just told my parents and grandparents that one of my friends will be staying over for a few days, and they agreed. After this, you can stay over. I already got the servants to tidy up a room for you.”
Kisa was happy to hear his words. She smiled and said, “Thank you so much..”
When Gülbert saw the joyous expression on the woman’s face, his dark eyes flamed with anger.
‘I don’t think this woman is staying at the Mullen residence for serious business. Moreover, there’s someone dangerous like Anthony in the Mullen family. She has no reason to stay at the Mullen residence. The only explanation is that she’s interested in this man. She staying over at the Mullen residence so that it’ll be more convenient for her to constantly see this man,’ he thought.
At that thought, Gilbert tightened his fists by his side. His knuckles turned white from anger.
Arthur felt the gaze behind him getting scarier and scarier.
He could not help but turn around to take a glance.
However, the single glance he took almost scared him to death.
He saw three people standing behind him. All of them looked as vicious as the devil, and they were glaring at him ruthlessly.
The tallest and most handsome man who had dark eyes, in particular, looked as if he wanted to skin him alive.
Arthur could not help but shudder in fear. He moved closer to Kisa again and asked, “What’s up with them? Didn’t you say you don’t know them? Why are they looking at me like that?”
“She doesn’t know us?”
Gilbert gritted his teeth and lowly growled, “Kisa Becker, you don’t know who the f*ck your man is?”
