Remarriage: My CEO Husband novel Chapter 83

On the way back, Sophia kept thinking about one question.

It was said that Andrew's mother was also a daughter of a well-off family. Although Sophia had a good family background, it was far from the Li Family. Today, it was the first time for Sophia to see another side of a richling man like Andrew.

"Well, I always want to ask you something."

"Go ahead."

"Why? Why do you like those homemade stir fries. Since you come from a rich family, I think you may eat bird's-nest and abalone with Laoganma every day." With her eyes as big as bells, Sophia stared at Andrew.

Andrew slowed down the car and stopped at roadside.

"At the beginning, Carlos brought my mother to do the construction work together. At that time, no matter how hard my grandpa and grandma tried to stop her, they couldn't stop my mother from leaving to suffer the hardship with Carlos. When I was six years old, that was all we ate on the construction site. If it rained, we would just eat cabbage and potatoes. What? What I ate tonight was not food?" Andrew's frank attitude surprised Sophia.

The night outside the window was beautiful. When she looked up, she could see the bright moon hanging in the dark sky.

Sophia was in a mixed mood, she didn't know what she wanted, nor did she know what the man in front of her wanted.

The two of them stayed outside for a while and then drove back.

Ten days later.

These days, Andrew gradually got used to the existence of another person at home.

"Sophia, if you don't turn down your music, I think I'll throw you and your audio out of the window right away!" Sitting in the study, Andrew roared.

Sophia felt so wronged.

She rushed to the study angrily from the next room and pulled open the door. "How about you kill me? David is a fool, isn't he? The doctor has said that Adela can be discharged from the hospital now. Why doesn't he let her leave the hospital?"

Hearing Sophia's roar, Andrew finally understood something.

He chuckled. It seemed that David had found his soul mate.

But in an instant, the smile on Andrew's face disappeared. He rolled his eyes at Sophia and scolded, "Didn't anyone tell you when you were a child that you should know etiquette? You are so rude!"

Hearing what Andrew said, Sophia was exasperated. It was his good friend who bullied her best friend first!

In a fit of anger, Sophia picked up her coat and rushed out of the villa. 'Even if you don't want to help, that's alright! But why do you scold me! You even said I am rude!'

At the thought of this, Sophia was reminded of Andrew's unusual behavior these days. 'First, he didn't allow me to visit his mother, and then he sneered at me from time to time. Am I of no use to him?'

Sophia couldn't figure it out. The top priority right now was to find a way to get Adela out from hospital.

Sophia stood on the road outside the villa and walked aimlessly along the road. She had planned to vent her anger and visit Adela by the way.

But Sophia got lost after a long time walking.

It was dark here. There was no living creature around except for the chirping of cicadas and rats.

Well, hard cheese. Sophia wanted to take out her phone and call a taxi. Only then did she realize that she hadn't taken her phone with her!

"Damn it! It's all your fault, Andrew! If it weren't for you, I wouldn't have been so embarrassed!" While complaining, Sophia quickened her pace towards the villa.
