Remarriage? Never And Go Away! novel Chapter 810

Chapter 810 Figuring Out Anything

She was in the dark and might find an answer in the office.

It was getting dark.

Someone was not sleeping.

In his bedroom, Jordy still looked sullen after a shower. His anger at Gloria hadn’t subsided.

His phone rang. It was a call from a number he hadn’t saved as a contact.

Jordy and Gloria had the same habit of not saving phone numbers. Their memories were retentive.

It was Harold calling, and he answered the phone.

“Mr. Collins, I’ve instructed our men to look into it, but those people are good at concealing themselves. There aren’t many traces for the time being.”

“What kind of answer is this?” Jordy’s voice was chilling.

Harold said again, “Those who insulted Miss White and the attackers are two groups of people who have one thing in common. They were paid to do these things. I suspected it was Angela, but there isn’t any clue leading to her.”

Jordy furrowed his brows but made no comments.

Harold took a light breath and continued, “This is… all the information I’ve collected so far. These people are good at camouflaging. Their signals were cut off in no time. I’ve contacted the boss of the first group of people, but he knows nothing about it. He just received a call from an anonymous number and got paid with cash. Wrapped up in clothes, the other party had her voice processed, and the place they met was a dead spot. I’m having people narrow down the scope.”

“Don’t miss out on any detail,” Jordy said before hanging up the phone. His eyes were filled with coldness.

He got up, went out of the bedroom, and saw through the crevice of the door that the light in Gloria’s room was still on. He walked over and asked in a deep voice, “Are you up?”

Gloria, who was leaning on the head of the bed, was a little surprised. She had slept for some time. during the day, and her wound was hurting. She found it hard to sleep although she could endure the pain.

Jordy came at such a late hour. It might be something important.
