Charles hesitated for seconds. He didn't want to pay. However, he still failed to pay off that two billion for Hannah even if he didn't pay this time. Gritting his teeth, he still decided to pay the Phillips Bank the money. Then he walked away in anger.
As soon as he reached the portal, a group of journalists surrounded him. Sulky and trembling out of madness, Charles couldn't help clenching his fists again.

The crowd got into an uproar when seeing that. Charles simply walked past them. Driven by madness, he walked away with a livid expression regardless of his reputation of being a gentleman. As soon as he returned to his car, he got a call from Rowan.
Rowan seemed too disappointed to reproach him. He simply said, "I will make the one billion a lesson for myself. Charles, from now on, leave Sarah alone and mind your own business. If you dare to come to her again, I will cripple you! I mean it!"
