Karen’s incessant screaming was filling the space.

After all, it was a quickie marriage between me and Oscar. I think I can accept it if you have bias against me judging from the rumors you heard. I believe if we take our time to get to know each other, such a puny misunderstanding would be resolved naturally.”

Karen stared at Hannah with her teary eyes.
