After Leah left the office, Rachel finally came back to her senses from shock and her expression turned fierce and panicked.
"Leah, come back here!" She wanted to chase after Leah, but was stopped by her agent. "Enough! This is not the time to throw tantrums. What you need to do now is to immediately confirm if Ms. Diana has really had an accident?"
Rachel slapped her agent in the face, her face twisted with fury, "What? Are you defying me too?"
A hint of resentment flashed in her agent's eyes, and she said coldly, "I am just reminding you that if something really happens to Ms. Diana, we cannot afford the consequences!"
Rachel thought of Diana whom she couldn't reach lately, and panic surged within her. "Get me a plane ticket, I need to go back home!"
...
Leah walked out of the company and stood in the dimming sky. She remembered the lawsuit Selena had filed against her and felt a cold shiver down her spine.
Standing in the crowd, even though she was wearing a mask and a hat, she felt as if everyone around her was filled with hatred and disgust.
In the vast Creephia, there was no real place for her to stand.
Leah thought of the late Alberto and Mrs. Riddle, and the feeling of panic and loneliness swept over her body.
She thought of the pledge Selena had made her take.
She would have no one to rely on!
Nothing to rely on!
She had nothing!
One day in the future, she might die alone on a cold winter night like this, and only those dirty stray cats and dogs would keep her company.
No one would care when she arrived.
No one would care when she died.
No--
Leah felt a bone-chilling panic rising within her. She quickly drove back to her dirty and rundown rental house, disregarding everything else.
Leah rushed into the room and hugged Dominic from behind, crying, "Brother Dominic, I was wrong, please don't leave me..."
Dominic turned around and pushed her away, asking coldly, "The script belongs to Selena."
It was not a question.
Leah's tearful expression froze on her face, and as she stared at Dominic, her eyes suddenly filled with resentment.
Dominic looked at her expression and closed his eyes suddenly.
He remembered when Selena returned to the Riddle family for the first time after the cancelled wedding, asking Leah to hand over her script.
But without even asking any questions, he accused her and almost hit her.
Dominic remembered Phoebe from the television, who was so much like the young Selena, with the same pale silence and pure kindness and passion that never faded no matter what kind of harm she faced.
He couldn't imagine what kind of oppressive environment Selena had been in to write such a play at such a young age.
And all of this was caused by Leah and her parents!
He was partly to blame as well!
Dominic glared at Leah with a deep hatred and asked, "Why did you hurt Selena like that?! Leah, were you really born without any humanity or conscience?!"

The readers' comments on the novel: Revenge On Love Rats After Rebirth by Olivia Marsh
From the beginning of the story to page 148, the plot is just going in circles about fighting. So ridiculous and waste of time to read! I have no patience for these kind stories. Be more creative if you’re planning to write a book/story!!!...
Beautiful story...
