The next day, Sophia unexpectedly received a phone call from Mr Griffith, who said he wanted to meet her mother-in-law.

Sophia had told Emma about this before. Emma pulled a wry face and said, "Sophia, I prepared these for you. And you just gave them to the client you want to work with. What else is on your mind but work?"
