Cathy walked out as she spoke.
Bella was pissed. What should she say to make her daughter realize the danger?
Outside, Cathy and William were observing the car.
After the observation, William said, "Catty, drive me around."
"I'd love that!"
Cathy took the car key from him and got into the car.
William got into the passenger seat.
At the same time, Baron was complimenting Sophia.
"Sophia, that's a nice trick! Your grandma will favor you one day and hate Cathy. By then, there will be nothing they can do!"
These days, William had been around. Baron had noticed that although William couldn't make any real trouble, he often tried to manipulate the old Mrs. Lawson and cause disputes.
Sophia had a light smile, "That's not the problem. Grandma will know which side to root for when she encounters trouble."
But still, she looked at Abbott somewhat worriedly, "But dad, don't you think I'm going too far? That's your mother after all."
"Going too far? You're doing this to show her the truth. She should've seen it a long time ago."
Sophia was taking quite a risky step. William hadn't noticed anything yet but once he did, they couldn't be sure what he might do to the old Mrs. Lawson.
But since she had had her father's support, there was nothing to worry about.
After the meal, Drake received a call from William. Instead of answering it right away, he looked at Sophia with a frown, "Why is he calling me?"
"I think it should be Cathy calling you. But you blacklisted her, she had to use my uncle's phone."
Drake put his phone back into his pocket, "Then there's no reason for me to answer it."
"Answer it. I don't want them to have something to speak ill of me in front of my grandma."
Drake agreed, so he picked up the phone.
"Drake, is that you?"
"Uncle William, what's wrong?"
"Drake, you have to come help me and Cathy. We were in a car accident. We don't know what to do now. It's frightening!"
Drake was confused, "You should call the police if there's a car accident, why did you call me?"
"It's our first time encountering a car accident, we don't know what to do. Hurry up. We might die if you don't come!"
Drake didn't buy it at all. Sophia took his phone and asked, "Uncle William, where are you now?"
William told her their location and said, "Sophia, I don't want to scare you. It's kind of bloody here. We just need Drake here."
"Okay. I will have him there," then she hung up the phone.
Drake looked at her in disbelief, "You want me to go there knowing that it might be a trick?"
It wasn't that Drake had no compassion at all, but that after all these, he couldn't believe those two at all.
"You're not going alone, we are going together." Sophia smiled and said.
