William felt like dreaming. He asked for one billion dollars only, but he could have seventy billion! It was too good to be true. He thought he was in his dreams!
"I'm talking to you, William. Are you listening?" said Laura.
William pinched himself to make sure he wasn't dreaming, "OK. I want all my money! Now!"
Abbott knitted his eyebrows and was worried that William would be totally screwed once he got the money. But he understood Laura's decision and had to agree. They couldn't transfer seventy billion dollars to William's account at one time. So, they gave him ten billion first.
William got rich overnight. He got the money and left. No one knew where he had gone.
Laura looked at Abbott, "You can't keep the money for him all time. He's not twelve years old. He won't really grow if you keep overprotecting him like that."
Abbott sighed and said, "I know."
Laura patted him on the shoulder.
Sophia had heard about William shortly. Cathy had gone back to him since he got seventy billion dollars, trying to please him in every way. Bella went to him for more money. In fact, she had got two billion dollars, which she thought was nothing when compared with seventy billion.
Unexpectedly, William had paid the killer to beat Bella up, and Bella called the police. Sophia and William met again in the prison.
William was bailed out and said in rage, "That bitch has put me into prison for more than once. I swear she'll be sorry for it!"
"Forget it, Uncle William. So much for you and Bella!" convinced Sophia.
"Not on her life! She's got her money but still kept bothering me! How could she do that? She must learn her lesson!"
"Is it necessary?" said Sophia impatiently.
"Absolutely!"
It finally dawned on Sophia that man lived for money, which was the root of all evils!
But to her surprise, William got the money and got carried away! He had even hired the killer to finish Bella.
Bella wasn't dead but seriously injured. She was in a coma and had no relatives, so William had got away with it. But Abbott must lecture William for such a thing.
"What were you thinking, William? You hired a killer to take Bella's life? Are you crazy? Aren't you afraid of being killed some day?"
William wasn't the wuss again. He got balls and answered, "No worries, Abbott. I'm rich. I can hire more bodyguards."
Abbott shook his head, "Some presidents got very good mercenaries to protect them, but guess what? They were still assassinated!"
"Easy, Abbott! You're safe and sound, aren't you?"
Abbott was choked by his words.
William cut him dead and went back to his business.
Abbott sighed, thinking Laura was right that William had to learn and grow and pay for what he had done! He would just let him go!
