They crawled for a few seconds and saw two men ahead of them. They raised their head up and hurriedly apologized in scare with their head down when they saw one of them.
William got cocky as he didn't expect to have an ass-kicking niece. And it looked like they were scared of him after Sophia beat them.
Unexpectedly, they said, "Mr. Riley, please. Mrs. Riley has taught us a lesson already. We are sorry. Please let us go!"
William's face darkened.
Drake roared, "Get out!"
They did get out then.
Sophia came up to William, "You see? Those were the guys who put you in prison. I've punched them for you. But just for this once. Uncle William, you haven't been out much and have no idea how sleazy people can be in this society. I hope you'll learn better this time."
William knew how much Sophia could do, so he nodded hurriedly, "I know, Sophia."
"Okay then, let's go!"
William walked behind Sophia and Drake. He wouldn't dare do this again as he was worried that next time he would be the one being punched to the ground like those guys.
After giving William a ride, Drake took a look at Sophia, "You think he'll learn this time?"
"Hard to say!"
"If this doesn't work, I'll try another way next time."
"Okay."
Sophia just wanted to teach those guys a lesson and was less cruel than Drake. By then, it would be easy for Drake to take some guy's arm or leg off. Then William would behave.
Abbott sighed when he saw Sophia, "Sophia, I'm sorry about William."
"It's okay, Dad. He's family. We are family."
"I've been telling him so much, but he wouldn't listen. You are the only one in this family that he's afraid of. Sophia, you have to help him."
Sophia certainly knew that. In fact, she hated to be the one who always had to clean up the mess. But he was one of the Lawson family. How could she just sit and watch?
"Dad, don't worry. I'll take care of him."
"Great!"
...
Bonnie had been obsessed with keeping pets. There were plenty of them at home, bought by Abbott or Emma. Baron and Laura also got Bonnie many pets. It was like a competition between these four.
Aria also joined the club. She told Paul to bring Bonnie some fun and precious pets. As a result of that, the house was about to turn into a giant zoo.
There were many rooms in Riley manor. Sophia and Drake designated three rooms together to be a big one for Bonnie to keep pets.
Sophia looked at Bonnie in frustration, "Honey, you got so many pets, and who's gonna take care of them?"
"Mommy, I've thought about this. Grandma and I have been interviewing vets, and we've chosen some of these. We planned to invite them home and have them start working by then."
Sophia touched Bonnie's head lovingly, "Well, since you have thought this through, then it's okay with me. But don't let them bite you."
"Don't worry about it, Mommy. My pets like me."
Animals are actually smart. They don't usually attack people who are nice to them, especially kids. Sophia had seen some fierce pets playing nicely with Bonnie.
Sophia had no choice but to let her have them since she liked them so much and Sophia didn't have much time to be with her.
A few days later, those vets Bonnie had picked out came. Sophia didn't know it was today, so she was surprised to see some hot guys appear before her when they walked in.
It was like a beauty pageant for men. Everyone was hot in their own way.
It took Sophia by surprise, and she thought she was in the wrong place. But then she was assured that this was her home seeing those familiar ornaments.
