Right Person, Wrong Time novel Chapter 980

Chapter 980 Start the Operation

Hearing the word 'wife' immediately made all the hair on Roger's body bristle in anger. He shot a vicious glare at Colton but eventually did nothing in retaliation.

Meanwhile, Nicole took a seat. Resting her chin on her hand, she questioned, "Have there been any movements from Undercity?"

In response to her question, he took out a laptop from nearby and quickly typed various codes into the computer. His rough fingers flew across the keyboard with an unusual degree of agility.

"Undercity sent a small team of people into the country, but they seemed to be focused on capturing and retrieving their target. I'm guessing that they are searching for the people who poisoned Hayden."

He used to work as a scout before he joined the special forces. Therefore, he retained some of his connections and methods in certain areas of investigation.

"Is there any method to locate the Undercity personnel within the country?"

His gaze returned to the computer screen. As his fingers flew across the keyboard, he operated the computer at a high speed and began to sieve through frame after frame of information on the screen.

"The group that was sent here had headed straight for Goldwick. They should still be in Goldwick at the moment. If we keep an eye on these people, we will be able to find the Undercity personnel hiding in Goldwick," he replied grimly. His hands finally stopped moving now that he had finished his investigation.

Nicole lowered her eyes and nodded. "Alright. Let's monitor these people in batches. Nevertheless, they are people from Undercity. I'm sure they will maintain a certain extent of vigilance, so be careful not to expose yourselves."

"Got it. Roy will go," Roger suggested with a glance at Roy.

Roy had no objections to the suggestion and simply nodded in agreement. "Okay."

Colton turned to the side and glanced at Julian. Then, he retracted his gaze and turned back to Nicole with a question. "What about my men? Will they need to do anything?"
