“How?”
Everyone was stunned.
Especially Dr. Wallace.
He was the attending physician, so he was aware of how the elderly woman's body was doing. A written notice of her critical condition had already been issued. She could have passed away at any moment.
However, that person was only in the ward for about ten minutes before the elderly woman regained consciousness. She could even get out of bed and walk. Furthermore, based on her complexion, she appeared to be energetic.
“Mom.”
“Grandma.”
One by one, the Youngbloods started talking as they quickly approached the elderly woman and surrounded her.
James, on the other hand, walked towards Tiara.
“James, thank you,” Tiara exclaimed with a delighted expression.
“It’s nothing, don’t mention it. Even though I’ve used Crucifier to heal your grandmother, her body still needs to be cared for. Later, I'll give you a prescription. You'll need to obtain the medication per the prescription and make sure she takes it on time. She'll be so vibrant and healthy after a few months that she can easily live for another twenty years.”
“I still have to say thank you. Grandma would have been in danger if it weren't for you.”
For the past few days, Tiara had not been eating or sleeping well, and she was mentally exhausted. Now, she could finally be at ease.
“It’s fine. Everything's alright now. You've been having trouble sleeping for the last few days, and you're worn out. Go back and get some sleep. I still have some things to get to, so I won't be staying at the hospital much longer. If anything happens, remember to give me a call. I'll do my best if I can help,” James spoke softly.
He could not make too many promises to Tiara, since he would not be able to keep the promises he made. He could only do his best to help her from a distance.
“Okay.” Tiara lowered her head and gave a gentle nod.
After greeting her, James did not say anything else and left.
The Youngbloods were surrounding the elderly woman.
