After a while, only then did Kathur snap back to reality. His face showed a dignified look for the first time. He sized Nathan up as if trying to get to know the latter all over again.
“Good job, young man. I underestimated you. I'm afraid your capability is no longer inferior to your master in his prime. No wonder you dare to be presumptuous in front of me. Fine, let me have a go at you.”
After saying that, Kathur then gestured to Nathan. “Draw your sword, so no one can say I'm taking advantage of you.”
Nathan calmly said, “If you don't use a weapon, I won't use one either.”
“The more arrogant one is, the more miserable their death will be.”
Once Kathy finished speaking, he made his move. He vanished into thin air. Nathan was startled. Then, an unusual fluctuation appeared in the air on the left side. Without a second thought, Nathan immediately took a half step back and tilted his head to dodge. As expected, just as Nathan tilted his head, Kathur appeared on the former's left side and punched his left temple.
However, Nathan's sudden evasive move caused Kathur's determined punch to hit nothing but air.
“Huh?” The moment Kathur's fist struck the air, he could not help but let out a soft sigh, seemingly finding it unbelievable that Nathan could dodge his punch. Yet, Kathur's attack did not pause for even a moment.
When Kathur's fist struck the air again, his figure vanished into thin air. The next moment, he appeared like a ghost behind Nathan, with his hands directly aiming for the latter's ears, intending to shatter his head with a clap. It was just that Nathan still managed to dodge it without any signs.
Kathur was like a spirit, constantly disappearing and reappearing around Nathan, launching attacks from unbelievable angles. However, Nathan's reactions were incredibly fast, as if he had a premonition and could dodge the attacks every time.
