Salute To The General (Nathan Cross) novel Chapter 3354

Nathan's gaze turned icy. “You said it yourselves. Now, as the new king of the vampires, I command you all to—”

Before he could finish his sentence, Lyanna quickly piped up, “Wait a moment!”

Nathan looked at Lyanna with a sneer. “Didn't you say that you'd be willing to end your lives at my command? Why are you scared now?”

Upon hearing that remark, Andalex felt like he had suffered great humiliation and retorted sharply, “We, the vampires, know not of fear. If Your Majesty truly wishes for my death, I shall die now.”

After saying that, he lifted his hand and fiercely slapped himself on the top of his head.

Before the surrounding vampires could react, Andalex's palm had already struck his own crown.

Bang!

His bones shattered and blood splattered.

Andalex had genuinely killed himself and died on the spot.

Nathan's pupils involuntarily dilated after he witnessed that scene, and complex emotions instantly filled his eyes.

The surrounding vampires all wore faces of sorrow. They all looked at Nathan, seemingly expressing to him with the look in their eyes that if he insisted on their deaths, they would follow Andalex's footsteps without hesitation.

A hint of sadness flashed in Lyanna's eyes upon taking in Andalex's determination to prove his loyalty.

She said to Nathan, “Your Majesty, the hierarchy within the vampires is strict, and the distinction between superior and inferior is inviolable. Please do not doubt our sincere submission to you. Moreover, the vampires are currently besieged on all sides. The moment of our race's annihilation may fall upon us at any time. The old king, Herod, is dead. If you, as the new king, want us dead, there truly is no chance for us vampires to survive. If you intend to kill us, then please make it quick.”

All the vampire elites present riveted their eyes on Nathan.

For the first time, Nathan found himself in such hesitation, struggling to make a decision.

If those vampires in front of him dared to fight back, he wouldn't hesitate to kill them all. However, they gave up resisting and were even willing to accept his order to let them end their lives.
