Colin got out of the car, walked over, and casually pointed at one of the soldiers. “You, come here.”
“Yes, General Dunne!”
Colin took the soldier to Nathan.
Upon seeing that, Oliwier quickly followed them in a trot.
“What's going on in front? What are you guys doing?” Nathan calmly asked the soldier right before Baccio.
The soldier was about to answer when Oliwier quickly parted his lips and said, “Greetings, Commander. Let me answer your question. It's actually a little misunderstanding—”
“Shut up!” Colin angrily stopped Oliwier before the latter could finish his words. “Did Mr. Cross ask you about it? Which department are you from? Where are your manners?”
Oliwier was frightened and froze in his spot.
Once again, Nathan asked the soldier indifferently, “Tell me. What's going on?”
The soldier honestly answered, “I'm a soldier under General Fang and know nothing much. I only know that a few foreign villains murdered a couple in a rented house and killed and injured some traffic police with their car after that. They are utterly ruthless. General Fang received the news and came over to arrest the villains.”
“So that's what happened!” Nathan nodded.
Then, he waved his hand dismissively. “Protecting the lives and property of the public is you all's duty. Go assist Fang in dealing with the villains, but please also take care of your own safety.”
The soldier felt encouraged. “Thank you for your concern, Commander.”
With that, he hurriedly returned to the group.
Meanwhile, the expressions on Oliwier, Baccio, and the others at the side had subtly changed.
Nathan seemed to be asking questions, but he was actually concluding the situation before them.
His words were implying to Baccio that Eddie and the gang were undoubtedly utterly ruthless villains.
