The Beta Is Back

Dimitro

"Amelia, Amelia!!!", I yelled.

She wasn't responding to me or even moving her body.

" Amelia, am sorry, please don't do this to me, please I beg of you, I told you before I don't understand myself anymore ever since the hybrid in me started manifesting please, wake up", I kept on saying things out of frustrations and tears started dropping from my eyes.

"Dimitro", I heard my name from a familiar voice, Freya.

" Dimitro, feed her your blood now or you lose her for good, your mother blood which also flows in your veins will heal her now". She said.

I sniff around but Freya's presence wasn't seen but how come I can hear her voice.

"Where are you?", I asked.

" I don't even know where I am or who took me", she replied to me.

"How come you can communicate with me?", I asked her so curious.

" The reason why is cause you needed my help and your mother blood was so active in you and don't forget am an elder as well so do it now, I need to stop communicating with you, the enemy has a greater witch working with him", she said and I stopped hearing from her.

Looking at Amelia, I quickly bite myself on my hand and placed it in Amelia's mouth for her to drink from it.

I was getting worried already for I couldn't see her move then all of a sudden she started coughing and said, "Oh damn it, this is awful, what did you feed me with Dimitro".

I hugged her without replying to any of her questions and I said, "Please don't ever make me do this again, I thought I lost you, am a monster ".

" I know you won't hurt me and stop saying you are a monster okay because you are not one but a prince with a good and caring heart", she said making me feel very okay but I know within me that am a monster and am a threat to her.

I smelled the Lycans presence taking this route and I said to Amelia, "Don't make a sound, just do as I say", and she nodded but I know she is damn curious to know what is happening.

I was lucky to come with the mixture that allows me to walk freely without having anyone sense my presence around.

I gave her some of it to make use of and she refused and said silently to me.

" What the hell is this? The smell disgusts me and I can't see myself self-applying this to my smooth skin, never" she argued.

They all were happy and my father who is getting weak looked at me and was so proud of me leading the pack too and how the people love me and listen to me.

Someone from the pack made a suggestion saying, "Mateo ever since Lorenzo is known as the alpha, no one has challenged him to a fight to know if he fit for an alpha, this is not the wolf law so I say, Mateo, you been the Beta, I think it's time for you to challenge him in a fight and I know you will surely win and we want you to be the alpha", they hailed him after he finished his words and they were all in support of this.

Father nodded in approval and I smiled and made the," Whooo", sound and they did the same as well.

"We are sending them the request that I Mateo, the beta of the pack wishes to challenge the alpha in a fight as our custom demands and if they refuse it then we continue with our war by killing each and everyone one of them ", I said out loud with my deep voice and they all made the lycan sound.

I told them to take a break and they should be watchful just in case they sniffed any presence around mostly the vampires.

I sat down and said," Nora, my lovely sister, this is for you, we hide from them yet they came and attacked us again and that was the last time I set my eyes on you, I must kill Lorenzo in this fight", I swear.

I heard someone sneeze and I knew someone was around.
