Second Marriage novel Chapter 263

What do you want?

Charlotte was also thinking what she wanted.

A stable, happy marriage, or a man who loved her?

Or a man who loved her with all his heart.

Unfortunately, she had not had one.

And after all she had been through, she probably would not get one.

“You can't give me what I want.”

“...how do you know that?” Kennedy’s face changed greatly. Suddenly he seized her wrist, gashing teeth, “Charlotte, why are you always thinking nonsense?”

He was very strong, and Charlotte frowned with pain, but she did not push his hand away. She looked him in eyes stubbornly, “You just can't give me what I want. You thought you can do anything, but you can’t. You don't want me to divorce you, but I'm telling you, I'll leave the marriage if I risk my life for it!”

She said resolutely and her eyes were firm, showing her determination.

She really had to get a divorce.

Kennedy suddenly felt helpless and then angry. He asked in a cold voice, “You are eager to have divorce? Do you want to leave me and run away with Manfred?”

Hearing that, Charlotte’s face changed, “Nonsense.”

“Nonsense? Or you are impatient?” With a sneer, he caught her waist and pressed her to him. Then he bent his head so that their foreheads touched and the tips of their noses touched.

They were so close that their breath mingled, and Charlotte ran into those dark eyes.

“What is he better than me?” Kennedy said in a deep but cold voice.

With warm breath on the face, Charlotte could not stand this feeling. She tried to push him away, but Kennedy leaned over, with his lips almost affixed to hers.

“You can't get away without explanation.”

Probably they were too close, Charlotte felt his voice particularly deep, hoarse and sexy.

And she had illusion that Kennedy was panting with heavy breath when he spoke.

Charlotte dared say nothing, she could only lean back, afraid that her lips would touch Kennedy’s lips.

But as she retreated an inch, Kennedy followed to move forward an inch. She hurried to retreat, Kennedy simply moved forward and kissed her lips with his cold and soft lips.

It was cold touch, but after touching her lips, his cold lips became hot.

Before Charlotte had any move, Kennedy had opened his mouth to catch her lower lip.

Charlotte widened her eyes. Although she had expected that Kennedy was likely to kiss her, it was so fast that she was not prepared and her mouths were open by him. He put his tongue into her mouth.

Charlotte wanted to say something, but her tongue got rolled by him.

When Kennedy kissed her, as if he was eating something delicious and kept nibbling and sucking. Finally Charlotte felt her lips were in pain, and her strength had been drawn away. She feebly fell in his arm.

After kissing, Kennedy fiery lips rubbed the corners of her mouth to her side face, gently nibbled her ear, “Stupid woman, stay beside me, don't go anywhere.”

Charlotte's pupils constricted and her eyes widened.

“Don't trust anybody. Trust me only.”
