Second Marriage novel Chapter 284

In the Ward, Diana leaned on the pillow by the waist weakly, feeling guilty.

In fact, when she woke up to see Zain, Diana was frightened and almost fainted again.

She did not expect Charlotte to find Zain and did not know whether they had met.

It would have been a bad deal if she had lost her identity as Miss Nelson to get Kennedy.

She wanted both identity and relationship!

“Why?” Zain's voice was cold. Diana raised her head and looked at him, instantly she was scared and lowered her eyes. What should she say? She never thought Zain would know it or get him involved.

At first she just cut a little skin, but the blood never flowed that much, so she used a little effort, and accidently...

It felt like she had really come through the jaws of death.

Thinking of this, Diana feared and her eyes got red. She burst into tears.

Seeing that, Zain could not help frowning.

“Why do you cry? What about your courage when you kill yourself?”

“Brother......” Diana sobbed. Seeing that, Zain felt agitated, but his face was still calm.

“I... I was wrong, brother. Don't be angry.” Diana knew she could only apologize to Zain. Crying would not help.

“Mr. Nelson, Ms. Wilson is here.”

Megan outside said. Hearing the name of Charlotte, Diana's face suddenly turned pale. She loudly shouted, “No! I don't want to see her!”

She almost broke into a scream. It was so squeaky that everyone inside and outside got shock. Zain frowned, “You don’t want to see her?”

“Yes!” Diana nodded, “I don't want to see her. Megan, ask her to leave!”

No matter Charlotte and Zain had met before or not, in short, she could not take any risks now. If they hadn’t met, her move would be meaningful, and she would never let them meet.

If they had met, she didn't regret it.

Diana suddenly became motional. Seeing that, Zain frowned. Yesterday Charlotte treated Diana as a sister and had been worried about her, she was distracted even when she left, but Diana held the different attitude.

Two people’s attitudes towards each other were totally different.

Charlotte at the door clearly heard Diana's words. Megan looked back at her in .

“Ms. Wilson... Miss Diana...”

Charlotte looked pale and bit her lower lip, as if enduring. After a moment she raised her head and smiled feebly. “She is still weak, so let her not be so emotional. As she does not want to see me now, I shall leave.”

With that, Charlotte, regardless of Megan’s reaction, turned around and went away.
