Second Marriage novel Chapter 408

Alice’s face changed. Before she could react, she was pressed against the car.

She was lying on the cold car, and the man was leaning against her.

Alice wanted to cry for help. But she stopped when she smelled the familiar fragrance of the body of the man. She looked at him in a daze.

Kennedy.

He stared at her, like a beast hiding in the dark night.

He was powerful and dangerous.

It was the first time since they met that they had been so close.

Alice trembled slightly, and she secretly pressed down her fear in her heart. She said coldly, “Mr. Moore, please behave yourself.”

However, she thought that he should be still in the restaurant with Grace at this time. Why did he follow her?

Kennedy stared at her with his deep eyes and was silent.

He suddenly pressed his head against her, as if he wanted to kiss her.

Alice narrowed her eyes. When he came close to her, she asked coldly, “What do you mean?”

There was only a little distance between their lips. As long as he spoke, he would almost touch her lips.

“Haha…” A low, hoarse laugh came from deep in his throat, and the hot breath he exhaled spouted on her face.

He pinched her fair and delicate chin with one hand. Then he said, “What do I mean? Can’t you tell it?”

Alice held her breath.

“I want to kiss you.”

When he finished his words, he pressed his lips against hers.

Alice was scared and turned her head. Kennedy kissed her cheek.

She could no longer control herself. She was angry and raised her hand to slapped his face

She slapped his face heavily. His head turned aside because of her slap.

Alice heaved with her chest rising and falling, glaring at Kennedy in front of her.

How could he do this? It had been five years since she left him. Why couldn’t they pretend to strangers? Why did he have to provoke her?

Being slapped by her, Kennedy stood still and didn’t move his head. Nobody could tell his feeling in his eyes.

Suddenly, he laughed aloud and stared at Alice evilly.

“It seems that you cannot be always so calm.”

He hated it when she was calm.

She had been treating him calmly since they met.

He imagined the scene they met many times, but he didn’t expect her to be so calm.

What did it mean? It meant that he was not important in her heart. She didn’t care about him, so she was calm when she saw him.

Now she was angry and her eyes were furious, which was different from the calmness in her eyes when she saw him before. Kennedy felt satisfied, because she had been influenced by him.

Alice was very angry with him. When she heard what he said, her emotions were disturbed by him, and she immediately stepped on his foot with anger.

She was wearing high heels. When she stepped on his foot, she obviously saw that Kennedy’s face changed. But he endured the pain and didn’t cry out. He was only staring at her.

“It is a warning to you. You won’t be so lucky next time.”
