Chapter 57 Nancy Fainted 

“Dear, you have to be good.” 

“Dear, don’t worry. I’m very strong, and I won’t let anything happen to you.” 

Nancy’s hands tightly guarded her stomach. 

During this time, she kept on hesitating whether to call Nicholas. 

Should I make the call?’ 

She asked herself over and over again. 

There was a moment when she had already found his phone number and dialed it. 

However, just as the other person was about to answer, she quickly hung up. 

After arriving at the hospital, Nancy immediately registered. Luckily, it was weekday, so it wasn’t difficult to get an appointment. 

While waiting in line, she was already feeling uncomfortable. Her whole body was dizzy, heavy- headed, and she even had a feeling that she would faint any moment. 

The waiting room was crowded, and the air was stuffy. 

Nancy got up and wanted to go outside for a walk. 

Just as she walked into the lobby, at that moment, there was an emergency patient being pushed 

Doctors and nurses were pushing the patient, shouting loudly, “Make way, hurry, make way!” 

Nancy knew the situation was critical, and every minute and second of the emergency care was valuable. Seeing the emergency patient being wheeled in her direction, she didn’t have time to think and immediately stepped aside. 

Perhaps she was too hasty. When Nancy stepped aside, she stumbled and fell to the side. 

Luckily, she managed to grab onto a large pillar with all her strength to prevent herself from. falling. 

Next to her were doctors and nurses who were rushing the patient towards the emergency room, followed by a group of police officers, all of them following closely like a whirlwind. 

Nancy was just about to comment on how she had only seen this scene on TV when suddenly, everything went dark.

Christian broke away from the formation and rushed to Nancy like a gust of wind, lifting her up and rushing to the emergency room.
