Just now Juliana had secretly sent a message to Kane to inform him that she would return to Lepus today. As she expected, he had left for Lepus.

Juliana was in a happy mood at the thought that she would see Kane when she returned to Lepus.

"Why didn't he come to pick us up himself?" Kayla asked, raising an eyebrow.

Kayla felt that something was wrong. Could her husband have had other ideas? Without further ado, they got into the car, the driver started the engine, and they were soon back home.
