Winnie steeled herself to give Xavier a hug before biting hard on his neck. He eventually loosened his arms slightly when blood started oozing out from the wound.
It was then she grabbed the opportunity to free herself from his embrace. Next, she had to rush into the room to search for the stun gun.
Yet, she had barely taken two steps before Xavier lost control. She heard Yulissa screaming and caught a glimpse of the shadow on the ground.
The tall, dark figure carried another figure up effortlessly and threw it heavily to the ground.
Winnie was fully aware that it was Xavier throwing Yulissa to the ground. Regardless, she did not turn around to stop him. Yulissa White only has herself to blame for that!
Without hesitation, Winnie darted into the room and found the stun gun Yulissa had dropped on the floor. I must have Xavier under control before the security guard becomes the next victim!
Buzz! Seconds later, Xavier’s well-built figure collapsed on the ground as the sound of the electric spark rang out.
When Winnie squatted to stop the bleeding from the wound on his neck, only then did she realize that there were tears all over her face.
She had never shed her tears except when she played dumb previously. Her tears had flowed down her cheeks moments ago, unknowingly.
After ensuring that Xavier was still alive, she moved toward the old lady with the stun gun.
