Sir madame has run away again (Lily and Carson) novel Chapter 237

Anyway, without the crowd, I’d be more at ease. After we got on the elevator, Eric turned to look at me. “Give me your bag.”
“Why?” I reflexively fired back. My trusty bag contained a laptop, a camera, and the two bottles of water Georgie had given me.
mc.
“Anything. Just deliver when I order it. Do not question.” Then he reached over to grab my bag and carry it with him. Turns out he just wanted to help me carry the bag. But the bag isn’t even that heavy. Is there a need to do this? I silently groaned.
The elevator rose and finally stopped at the twenty-eighth floor. Eric took the lead and exited the elevator as I followed.
“Each unit on this floor is a presidential suite.” Upon introducing the place, he entered one of the rooms with me carefully observing the layout of the room behind him.
After that he took me and visited every room in the presidential suite before leaving. On the way out, he suddenly asked me. “Say, how about we build a garden in the sky in this hotel?”
“It seems good!” I absently replied.
“If you were in charge of designing the sky garden, what would it look like?”
“But considering the current size of the hotel, we probably don’t have enough space for that, do we?” I was surprised he actually meant it, so I gave him a suggestion after taking the idea seriously. “If we strive to build a garden in the sky, it shouldn’t just be limited to the enjoyment of hotel guests. I think you should also think about opening it up to the public. In that case, we need to have landscaping, water shows, amusement parks and more. For services, we can offer ready meals, specialty dishes, tea rooms, professional photography studios, coffee shops and so on.”
“You are sure. I have a plan like that.” He smiled at me warmly. “Just now, as you walked in, did you notice the buildings around you? I intend to connect all these buildings and create a unique sky garden.”
“Wait, you own all the surrounding buildings?” I almost jumped at the truth. When I realized I was overreacting. I hung my head in embarrassment.
“What do you think? Now, we should have enough space, right?”
“Yes, definitely.”
“All good. You must come up with a design plan. I will wait for the plan in three days.”
My eyes widened in shock because I never thought he would want me to design the sky garden.
“I’m afraid I can’t do this alone,” I stammered, feeling a lack of confidence. If it was another customer’s order, I would have agreed without hesitation. However, I didn’t dare show my skills in front of Eric; I always felt my self-esteem sinking in front of him.
*Don’t worry, I’ll take care of you.” He gently patted me on the shoulder. The sudden intimate movement made me blush, but he gave me a calm, matter-of-fact look.
His grace made me silently curse myself. Why am I feeling guilty? I could have treated him like any other customer!
Composing myself, I followed him to the elevator. Downstairs, Georgie was getting quite anxious from all the waiting. The moment he saw us stepping out of the elevator, he instantly
Stunned, I wondered what Georgie meant by that look. Why did he look at me with such disapproval?
