SnowMoon Healer novel Chapter 31

I heard from Lucille that Lukas is not around the castle today. He has a lot to take care of outside today.

This is my chance to look around and plan for my escape. That bloodsuckers are using me almost everyday. Thanks to Lucille, I was able to take some medicine to help me not to get pregnant. Her ignorance to medicine helps me a lot. She thought that it's my tea everyday.

They've been injecting me some medicine to still block my wolf and it drives me crazy to know that she will not be able to handle it and die.

I move and clean myself. I wear the dress that Lucille gave me. After that I went to the door, to my surprise it's open.

I slowly opened it and look outside. There's two vampire guarding my door. Once I'm out they both look at me.

"Lady Adellee, you are not allowed to go outside your room." Vampire one said.

"I thought Lukas already informed you that I can move around the castle and not be prison in my room anymore."

"I'm sorry but Master is out today, we can't confirm if you are saying the truth." Vampire two said.

"Look, you can accompany me while walking around this place. I can't do harm on you both since I don't have a wolf, plus, Lukas will get mad at you if you disobey his decision." I said while keeping a straight face. They should see that I'm serious about it.

They both look at each other like they are communicating.

"We will accompany you wherever you go and you are not allowed to go outside." Vampire One said.

"Are you sure Victor? Master will kill us if there's something happened." Vampire Two said to Victor.

"It's alright Mike, she's just a merely human right now. If she's telling the truth then we are both dead too. Let's just accompany her and make sure she doesn't do stupid things." Victor said.

"Hey! who's stupid?"

"Lady Adellee it's not time for that. If you want to go out of your room, you should start moving now." Micke answered.

I rolled my eyes to both of them. They are freaking snob but I can't get mad right now. I need my mind to move properly to make a good plan.

I walk around and look at the paintings on the wall. They are almost about life and death.

"Why are all your paintings here are about life and death?" I asked my guards.

One of them look at me like I'm stupid.

"For started Lady Adellee, we are vampires. We came from life to death to living like a dead. These paintings shows our history, which I know you do not understand because you are a wolf." Mike said.

"But you guys were werewolf before, why you sound like you're once not?" I asked.

"We're both a rogue before and decided to join Master Markus. Being a rogue makes us almost die and we hate those in a pack." Victor said.

"Then why didn't you both join a pack?"

"We tried but no one accepts us." Victor said.

"Did you tried to ask SnowMoon?" I asked.
