If Alex did not threaten Harvey, he would not fire them and ban them from the industry. As a result, they had nowhere left to go and could only join Four Seas Corporation. 

At first, they thought Four Seas Corporation would treat Jolene like a superstar and make her famous.

He was slightly surprised. He didn’t think Jolene would come to Nebula City and to his company; after getting banned from the industry by Harvey. 

When he saw Jolene for the first time, he thought she suited the role of the main actress of Galaxy Girls quite well. 

Unfortunately, Jolene was a problematic character, and he didn’t want to hire her although she was a very suitable candidate. 

He believed a public figure without a good personality was a ticking bomb. It would be a matter of time before it brought trouble to the company. 

Jack narrowed his eyes at Alex’s words. He instantly understood that Jack and Jolene knew each other and had a feud before. 

If that were the case, he could only leave this matter in Alex’s hands. 

Although, he had high hopes on Jolene. 

Jolene wanted to say something when she found out Alex was Jack’s driver, but Peggy held her back. She placed hef hand on Jolene and shot a look at her while shaking her head, “Since you’re President Sawyer’s driver, we will not make things difficult for you. If you apologize to Jolene, we’ll let bygones be bygones.” 

After all, they shouldn’t go overboard since Alex was Jack’s driver. 

Even though they had signed the contract with Four Seas Corporation, Jack might not even stand on their 

side.
