Chapter 465 Pill Of Longevity 

Although the few illnesses that Alex named were very common, they were serious diseases that modern- day medicine could not cure. 

Even if one went overseas, they still would not be able to find a cure. 

This was especially so for cancer. There was no country in the world that could cure it completely. 

It was the same for diabetes. It was termed as the most persistent illness because it was extremely torturous and there was no medicine that could cure it. 

However, one pill from Alex and those illnesses would be cured. 

It was a medical miracle! 

Everyone present, including Tyrael Skyworth who was a legend in ancient medicine, could not help but exclaim out loud. Alex was a true divine physician and his abilities were simply out of this world! 

Autumn’s eyes gleamed and her face was as red as burning fire. She could not help but think: Mr. Jefferson really makes my heart flutter. I must not let go of this opportunity. 

Auriel looked at her master in admiration. Seeing others admire her master so much made her feel proud. 

Maggie’s face was also in a shade of bright crimson, partially due to the wine. 

However, as she stared at Alex, her eyes overflowed with splendor. Like a wife looking up to her husband and taking in his greatness, she was beaming with pride and happiness. 

After he saw everybody’s yearning gaze, Alex laughed and said, “Alright, I’ll stop rambling and distribute the pills as promised.” 

Everybody nodded with full of anticipation. 

“These four Pills of Longevity are for Ms. Grant,” said Alex as he poured out four pills from the porcelain bottle and passed them to Maggie. 

“Thank you, Mr. Jefferson!” Maggie hastily received the pills with both hands in much excitement. 

“Remember, your grandfather can only take one pill. It must be cut into two halves and be taken separately- the second should only be taken a month later. Otherwise, he will not be able to withstand the strength of the medicine. 

“Okay,” Maggie nodded. 

Seeing that Maggie took four out of the ten pills, Stefan and the others were extremely envious. 

Seeing this, Alex smiled. “The reason why I gave Maggie four pills is because the Wild Thousand–Year Ginseng, which is the main herb of the Pill of Longevity, was provided by Richard. If you guys are able to find a Wild Thousand–Year Ginseng, I can make more Pills of Longevity for you.” 

“The Wild Thousand–Year Ginseng is so rare. I’ve searched for it for more than ten years and have never ever seen one,” said Tyrael as he shook his head. 

Upon hearing this, Stefan rubbed his hands together. He should go to his father–in–law’s place to see if he had it.

“This one is for Dr. Skyworth. You also have cut them in half. Just one half will be able to get rid of all of your illnesses.” Alex took out one Pill of Longevity and gave it to Tyrael. 

Tyrael hurriedly took them. His hands trembled because of his overwhelming excitement. 

“Thank you so much, Dr. Jefferson!” said Tyrael in a shaky voice. He had been waiting for too long for this 

cure. 

As he spoke, he broke the Pill of Longevity into half and swallowed one half of it. 

Everybody stared at Tyrael in anticipation, hoping to see a miracle happen. 

After a few minutes of taking the Pill of Longevity, his complexion and skin immediately became livelier. He also started to sweat excessively. 

Tyrael felt as if there was a magical, warm current flowing through his body. 

His body was like one that had gone through years of drought, with uneven cracks that had formed on the skin surface. However, this warm current was like gentle, purifying water which quickly filled in the cracks and nourished his skin. 

He could even feel his old, ghastly wounds healing! He could not help but widen his eyes in disbelief.
