Very soon, Richard discovered that the pill had transformed into a surge of energy that circulated through his entire body.
This energy didn’t feel like a Mortal Force; it was very magical. He could clearly feel that this energy was repairing his damaged internal organs, body functions, and so on.
But what shocked Deckard and the others was that they actually saw that the grey hair on the old man’s head gradually turned black.
This is unbelievable!
This is the pill of life!
“Mr. Jefferson surely is a living God!” Deckard exclaimed.
Maggie was also amazed at her grandfather’s changes. It was simply too amazing, as they had never seen such a medical phenomenon before.
Richard had become young again.
“Great! This is so great! Mr. Jefferson really is a living God!” Richard roared with laughter as he was unable to suppress the excitement in his heart.
“Dad, congratulations on your rejuvenation!” Deckard chuckled.
“Congratulations, Grandpa, on becoming young again!”
“Congratulations, Grandpa, for being ten years younger!”
Maggie and Louis hurriedly congratulated Richard as well.
Richard was so excited that it took a few minutes for him to actually calm down.
He looked at Maggie and said seriously, “Oh Maggie, if the Grant family can get a son–in–law like Mr. Jefferson, I can live to be at least a hundred years old and so do you and the rest of the family! If a family can live over a hundred years old for three generations, they will be matchless!”
Maggie felt the same way. Richard was originally a dying man, but he woke up at once with Alex’s help. And with the Pill of Longevity that Alex developed, Richard was now ten years younger. It was simply a medical miracle! It was something impossible to accomplish.
How many centenarians could there be in this world? Very few!
Moreover, if the key figure of a prominent family could live over a hundred years old, it was simply the family’s greatest fortune and wealth.
Because only then could the family develop and grow, so as not to go into a decline so quickly.
Once the key figure died, the family would be left without a leader and only internal conflicts would
ensue.
Many families went into decline because of the sudden death of their key figure, which tore the family apart over the dispute of family inheritance.
