Chapter 723 Chaos At The Leighton Residence 

“What? Did you just say you need to cut my d*ck off?” David couldn’t believe his cars. 

That was a symbol of his masculinity. Even if Alex had rendered it useless, it was at the very least still there. If it was cut off, he would lose it forever. 

The doctor nodded without hesitation. “That’s right. You have to cut it off, but don’t you worry. I am very good at this and will definitely be able to make a clean cut.”
