Chapter 2191
In other words, this female architecture designer certainly had been through all sorts of difficulties working on the construction site for many years, otherwise, it was impossible for her to accumulate such extensive experience. Had once been through plenty of difficulties working on the construction site? It suddenly occurred to Misty that Sabrina had come from the bottom of society. Yvonne had also said earlier on that several of her friends around her were from the bottom of society. Also, Yvonne and Sabrina were good friends.
Gosh! Misty suddenly felt dizzy. Could it be that the female architecture designer that she had admired for so long was actually Sabrina? Misty, however, had taken Sabrina as an eye-candy who only knew how to act like a spoiled child at home and look pretty? She even thought that Sabrina was still very lowly?
Misty was very flustered, and she stammered, "Could it be that you -you're..."
At that moment, Sabrina asked Misty again, "Miss white, you still haven’t answered my question, why do you have such a huge grudge against my friend? How could you say such harsh words to a girl who was not me? You were criticizing my friend, but in fact, you're criticizing me. Miss white, may I know if we have had any interactions prior to this? Have we met before?" 1
That was right. They had never met each other before, and yet, Misty just stopped a woman who was not Sabrina and criticized Sabrina. She truly was extremely stupid.
There were many people there looking at Misty.
"That's right. You're so weird. Why did you criticize Missus Ford in just a harsh tone for no reason?"
"Were you any better? You're in a wheelchair and you have an ankle splint, with how you look, you should be recuperating at home, and yet, you came to such a serious place to argue with others. You even said that Missus Ford was ill-mannered. I think you're the ill-mannered shrew."
"Where did you come from, you shrew? why are you here acting unreasonable and making trouble?"
"I'm guessing you've been dumped by your man, haven't you?"
"Would any man want such a woman with such a face like hers?"
The group of people began to express their opinions. They were truly angered by Misty earlier on. None of them recognized her, and yet, she pushed her wheelchair over and barged in with a string of criticisms. Did she think she was very noble?
Misty looked at the people in her surroundings that were criticizing her, and she truly wanted to take cover in the ground out of embarrassment. She had never experienced anything so embarrassing growing up, especially while being in a wheelchair and having an ankle splint, she indeed looked ugly beyond measure. When she faced the capable, simple, and incomparably elegant Sabrina while looking so ugly, the drastic difference between the two women was clear as day, yet, she actually mocked Sabrina earlier on. She truly did not hold back at embarrassing herself, and she did not even leave any way out for herself. 1
However, what made Misty feel even more awkward was when a man's voice coming from somewhere nearby could suddenly be heard saying, "Is my dear mentor here already?"
Misty could tell straight away that it was Daniel's voice. She had met Daniel several times, so she was very familiar with him. When Daniel had arrived, a trace of relief immediately appeared on Misty's face. After all, she was considered Daniel's friend. If Daniel had come over, then Misty would be saved from her embarrassment.
"Daniel, Daniel! Hurry up and come over here." Misty desperately wanted to get out of the wheelchair and rush straight to Daniel's side.
Daniel then followed the direction of her voice and came over. When he came to the front of Sabrina and Misty, he was also stunned and he did not say anything for a long while. Misty, whoever, took the lead and said, "Daniel, you're...here, my old friend. How long has it been since we last saw each other? Previously when we were at the hotel in Duplos, we had lunch together, and that was—"
