“You? Really now? You do know that we can tell the police to take care of the matter where you and that homewrecker worked together to kidnap Fia?”
Lola instantly knew that Eileen was not someone that she could blindside so easily. She turned and looked at Fia. “I thought everything was clear between us?”

“You might have made everything clear with Fia, but it doesn’t mean that I approve of it!” Eileen stopped things from going too far between Fia and Lola, demonstrating just how much of a dominatrix she was.” You want to pin it on her? Fine. Show it to us!”
“I asked to see Mr. Maxwell to show him the proof that Ms. Manning was the one behind everything. However, everything in my phone is gone.” Lola looked at Fia, pleading. “I told you about this already. I believe that Mr. Maxwell deleted it all for Ms. Manning.”
There was sadness in Fia’s expression. She didn’t want to continue with this conversation anymore.
Eileen’s eyes shone like light and she said, “Impossible. That doesn’t sound like his modus operandi! You must have fallen into that homewrecker’s trap!”
“Huh? But all the evidence disappeared after I gave it to Mr. Maxwell.”
“There’s a profession called a hacker. There’s something called a computer virus. The homewrecker is someone very careful. She purposely laid the trap for him to step in, so that it would ruin their relationship!”
Fia looked at Eileen in shock. She had never liked Conrad. This was the first time she unhesitatingly stood

Lola was taken aback. “But I didn’t lose any money!”

I had known that the ending would be like this , I would never had read this book. It didn’t have a right ending at all. Made no sense. Don’t waste your time....
Evil should never win and Lucifer has harmed far to many....
This should not end this way. Fia, rather than following Lucifer’s evil path should reflect and realize that she has always loved Conrad and he has always loved her. Their problems were due to the interference of others, Beryl, Esme etc . Since she is the only one that can approach Lucifer, she and Peter should cooperate with each other, kill Lucifer and evil Beryl, Peter can remove the toxins/ poison from everyone and each will be able to live normal lives without interfering with others relationship's. The children deserve their real father who will love them dearly and provide and protect them with the life they deserve. Gia has been a fool since the beginning and has believed everyone but her beloved husband. Please end this on a good note, that is why we all read these stories, everyone loves a happy ending....
