Yanny spoke with her head held high. Her tone was blunt as she said, "Mr. Adams, you just have to look after the kids. Leave the rest to my husband."

August's deep eyes swept over her. He actually had no intention of refusing. After handing his suitcase over to Mr. Child, he took Timothy and Janet to find the children's room. Lucia was a little embarrassed. Her previous impression of Yanny was not very good. After all, there were rumors online that Yanny was known to be an unkind and difficult person. "Did you have a good chat with her?" August asked in a clear voice.

"We can keep in touch in the future." August didn't lift his head and flipped a page in Janet's constellation book, speaking very calmly.

Lucia watched their beautiful faces bathed in golden sunlight and thought that she was looking at a beautiful painting instead. Her lips parted as she forced herself to say, "Hubby..."

From the moment she started talking to Yanny, she had wanted to call August "hubby" too, but she hadn't dared to do it.
