Talented Martial Hero novel Chapter 1036

Overcome by surprise, Darren turned to face the skeleton general.

"Stupid man, do you really believe that Tywon will help you?" The skeleton general's voice grew hoarse as he spoke.

"How dare you?" Kingsley's expression turned cold. "How dare you speak ill of our master?" he retorted.

"Slave!"

the skeleton general snapped as irritation coursed through him.

"Let me enlighten you, human. Everyone who fell into the mortal world from the Primitive Wilderness is evil and murderous. They must break the mortal world, cross the void, and pass through the chaotic torrents to return to the Primitive Wilderness. This is the only way!

Once you resurrect him, he is going to destroy your world. You're naive to think that he is going to save you."

The skeleton general was at the same level as Tywon in the Primitive Wilderness. His explanation and insight were hence, credible.

"You!" Kingsley's heart sank. He wanted to retort but didn't know what to say.

Darren was confused. "Tywon controls you. Why do you dare to resist him and reveal his background?"

Black fog surged in the depths of the skeleton general's eyes. He glanced at Darren and said, "If you live, his plans of revival will be shattered. This is the price he has to pay for enslaving me!"

Darren was shocked when he heard this.

No creature in the world, including the gods in the Primitive Wilderness and the emperors of the Lothlann Continent, would be accepting of such oppression. After being enslaved for so many years, the skeleton general obviously wanted to break free.

He was no different from anyone else as he would rather die than submit.

However, the skeleton general must have had a reason for becoming Tywon's slave. And now his objective had been revealed. He wanted a chance to get revenge!

And he believed that Darren could stop Tywon from being resurrected. If that happened, then the skeleton general's years of servitude would be worth it in the end.

"You're so determined on getting your revenge that you endured being a slave." Darren sighed.

"No! No, my master would never lie to me. Skeleton general, if any of this were true, why didn't you tell me earlier? Without my help, he wouldn't be able to revive even a little of his god's soul. How can he resurrect himself?"

"Humph! You are just a slave. How can I trust you?"

The skeleton general believed that no slave could be trusted.

After some contemplation, Kingsley found some merit in the skeleton general's explanations. Even though he didn't want to believe it, doubt grew in Kingsley's heart.

All this while, Kingsley had been determined to kill the fiend. He and his master's relationship was based on the arrangement that his master would kill the fiend.

But now, the skeleton general revealed that once Tywon returned to life, he would destroy the Lothlann Continent. This was contrary to Kingsley's intentions.

"General Lincoln, why did you betray me? Have I not been good to you?"

A faint, husky voice suddenly echoed through the valley.

The skeleton general turned and glanced at the sky.

"Tywon! You have forced me to be your slave for so many years. Today, you will pay the price. You will never return to the Primitive Wilderness!"

"General Lincoln, why are you so stupid? Do you believe this human can stop my resurrection?"

"As long as his blood essence doesn't belong to you, you can't be revived!"

"You fool! How can I be here if I were not alive?"

As soon as he finished speaking, a figure in armor and a red cloak appeared in the valley.

Anger and terror coursed through the skeleton general, and he took a few steps back.

"You! You've been revived!" The skeleton general couldn't believe it.
