"How___"
She closed her eyes in frustration, it was useless to ask him how did he get in.
"How are you feeling now?..."
He asked and florina couldn't believe that she saw concern on his face, for a second but it was there.
"Who told you that I am not feeling well?..."
She asked scooting away from him.
"Did you eat..."
He completely ignored her question.
Florina stood up with a frown.
"Please leave... You can't break into my apartment like this. I have nothing to do with you after that day and I have made myself clear last night... Please leave..."
Vincenzo didn't replied as he walked out. Florina followed his movements thinking he was really leaving but instead he took of his coat and placed it on the sofa. Vincenzo picked up the food which Sebastian has send and threw it in the dustbin making Florina gasp, she despised the waste of food as she did thought of eating it afterwards.
She saw vincenzo setting the food on the dining table which he brought. After finishing that he walked towards her while she backed up.
"Come... You need to eat..."
"I am not hungry... I don't want anything from you. From both of you. Please leave me alone..."
She yelled in frustration.
Vincenzo pinched the bridge of his nose and take out the gun from his waistband which made Florina go completely stiff.
"I won't repeat myself..."
He warned.
"You won't kill me..."
She stated trying to be brave.
Vincenzo stepped closer until she was against the wall while he was inches away from her.
"I won't... I'll shoot your leg then I'll make you eat while you are bleeding and then I'll treat your wound. You won't be able to walk for the next two or three months let alone run away from this city..."
Florina's breathing increased.
'He knew... He knew that I was planning to escape...'
She slowly lowered her gaze and the gun in his hand caught her attention.
'No... Don't do it florina. It won't end up good...'
Her inner voice warned but she did it anyway.
Florina snatched the gun from his hand and pointed towards him. Vincenzo stood there unfazed looking at her trembling hands which were holding the gun poorly.
He held his hand infront of her.
"Give it back... It's not a toy..."
"Go away... Leave... Can't you understand that I don't want you, I don't want this..."
She yelled frustratingly while tears escaped from her already swollen eyes.
"I'll ask nicely piccolo... Give it back, if I had to take it from you then trust me you will be in a very big problem..."
He said gently like he understands from what she is going through but she wasn't ready to believe him.
Within a blink of an eye Vincenzo snatched the gun from her hands like it's nothing. Fear took over her as she lost her last source of security. A sob escaped her mouth thinking that he will now hurt her. She flinched back when Vincenzo reached her.
"I d_don't___"
"Quiet..."
He glared at her as he grabbed her arm and dragged her towards the dinning table. Sitting down vincenzo pulled her on his lap.
"I said quite... If I see one more tear then I'll give you more reasons to cry. You want that?..."
Florina wiped her face and sat uncomfortably on his lap. Vincenzo brought the spoon to her lips and she gulped the food looking at the warning glare he was giving her. He patiently fed her and was amused watching how she was holding her tears back.
'She is scared the fuck out for her life and still had the audacity to snatch my gun... Stupid girl, no wonder she always gets herself in troubles.'
After finishing her food Vincenzo gave her medicines for her fever and headache but didn't let her get out of his lap.
"How are you feeling now?..."
He asked gently fixing her wild hair.
"Why are you doing this... It shouldn't matter right?... It was just for one night and we had___"
Vincenzo placed his hand on her lips, stopping her stuttering.
"I am not a good man piccolo fiore... I do not like to talk much and repeating myself makes me want to kill. So this the last time I am warning you, stop saying that you don't want me... I don't like it..."
His mischievous voice send shivers to her body.
