Alexander was excited. As soon as he heard that Scarlett was going to compete with Raymond, he immediately came over. "Scarlett, I bet on you!"
Raymond coolly glanced at him. Alexander felt it and looked away.
Scarlett smiled faintly. "Thank you."
After that, she invited Stephen to be the judge. "Mr. James, I may have to trouble you."
"My pleasure."
Scarlett hadn't touched the club for almost a year. She just played a round, feeling pretty good.
Anyway, she was relaxed about the bet. It was just a dinner. She could afford to lose.
Raymond praised her for her good skills, but in fact, the person who was good at golf was him.
Scarlett knew it, but she was delighted today, so she agreed to play with him.
After all, Alexander spent tens of millions of dollars. If she came over just to show her face, she would feel guilty.
Golf was a gentleman's sport. Scarlett was no match for Raymond. They didn't try to fool her. The scores
were carefully calculated according to the laws of the game.
Even so, she lost to Raymond.
"Ms. Reed."
After a round, Scarlett felt a little hot.
Cindy handed her a bottle of mineral water. Scarlett smiled at her. "Thank you."
She held the bottle and was about to unscrew it when Raymond took it away.
Scarlett watched him unscrew the cap and pass it over. Her eyebrows were slightly raised. "Thanks."
"What do you want to eat for dinner?"
"Anything will do."
She took a sip of water and glanced at Alexander. "Are you guys together tonight?"
"Don't mind them."
