Raymond and Scarlett had been divorced for more than eight months, but no one hooked up with him. Though depressed, they were comforted.
However, Raymond said affectionately that he liked Scarlett in front of so many people, completely not as cold and proud as before. Scarlett scolded him. He submissively answered that he wouldn't do that again.
How could these women be cool with it?
However, no matter how angry they were, Raymond only groveled to Scarlett.
Scarlett looked indifferent, making them jealous.
Henry grunted and intended to take Scarlett away. "I'll take you to the lounge."
She caused trouble as soon as she came here. Scarlett knew she should get rid of the crowd so that things could quiet down.
She nodded and left with Henry.
Raymond stood still, staring in their direction.
Alexander sighed. "She's gone."
Hearing this, Raymond inclined his head and glanced at him, walking to the rest area with a sullen face.
Alexander hurriedly followed him. A waiter carrying drinks passed. Alexander took two glasses of champagne and handed one of them to Raymond. "It's okay. Drown your sorrows. I won't laugh at you."
Raymond coldly looked askance at him. Alexander was scared. "Then I'll drink myself."
He tilted his head and drank the two glasses of champagne.
After that, Alexander found that Raymond was leaving.
He remembered that Raymond stood watching Scarlett and Henry leave. Worried that Raymond would do something on impulse, Alexander hurriedly chased after him. "Raymond."
