"Really?"
Scarlett smiled and took a sip of water, "But it's too late."
She wasn't a greengrocer's stall, which would be waiting for him even if he left.
Ronald was too ambitious, so Scarlett didn't want to take any chances.
Although three million dollars was nothing to her, she would rather buy a purse for Alexis with it than be cheated by Ronald.
Katherine nodded, "I got it, Ms. Reed."
Scarlett was about to let Katherine go back when the doorbell suddenly rang.
Scarlett raised her eyebrows and looked at Katherine,¹ You can go back. I will attend the meeting tomorrow afternoon as usual."
"Okay, Ms. Reed. Bye."
"I'll walk you out." Scarlett said, wanting to see who was coming.
When they reached the door, she saw Yoselin standing outside her villa gate with an umbrella through the security door.
Scarlett froze and opened the door for Katherine, "Be careful."
"Okay, Ms. Reed."
Katherine glanced at Yoselin. She knew better than anyone that Yoselin was Raymond's mysterious new love.
Katherine subconsciously glanced at Scarlett but saw her sour smile.
She hurried to hug the folder, put away the umbrella, and got into the car awkwardly.
Only when Katherine got into the car did Scarlett withdraw her eyes and look at Yoselin in front of her," Ms. Larson."
"Am I disturbing you?" Yoselin said to Scarlett with a smile.
Scarlett shook her head, "No."
Yoselin laughed lightly, "Ray seemed to have already told you."
Scarlett said with some embarrassment, "I know about it just now."
Scarlett did think that Yoselin was Jean's sister. Now hearing those words from Yoselin, she didn't wonder why Yoselin had no malice towards her.
There was no conflict of interest between them, so naturally Yoselin had no malice towards her.
"Hello, Ms. Cline."
Yoselin took a sip of coffee, "Ray asked me to come to see you today. He said maybe you don't want to see him lately, but he was really worried if your cold was over, so he asked me to come to see you."
Scarlett pursed her lips but didn't say anything.
'Raymond is so wise to know that I don't want to see him.'
"I think you've gotten better."
Yoselin said, taking a jewelry box from her purse," This is what Ray asked me to return to you."
Scarlett raised her eyebrows and took the jewelry box. After opening it, she found that it was an earring that she lost on Cindy's birthday.
It turned out that it was picked up by Raymond.
