"It depends on what you want to do."
Jean watched Raymond grow up, but she realized for the first time that he was so intimidating.
Jean suddenly regretted that she had contacted Scarlett and came here today.
She shouldn't have come or told Scarlett about that. She should have directly gone to Ryker!
Now Raymond already knew it. He was prepared, so he was fearless.
Thinking of this, Jean broke out in a cold sweat.
You ... you still have to call me Mom!"
Raymond didn't say anything. He stood there. His face was as cold as an ice sculpture.
Jean gritted her teeth, took a look at Scarlett in the car, and left in her high heels
Raymond got back into the car and drove into the villa.
After replying to Alexis' message, Scarlett looked up at his gloomy face. She raised her pretty eyebrows. "Did she threaten you?
"Yes."
It was the first time Raymond had been threatened.
Scarlett thought for a moment. "Is she going to see Ryker?” "Not necessarily."
"Well, what did you say to her?"
Raymond parked the car, pushed the door open, and came around to pull the door open for Scarlett.
"Thanks."
Scarlett had just said that when he suddenly leaned down and picked her up in his arms.
He admitted it briskly, put the water cup aside, and sat down beside her. He looked straight at her. "If I had nothing, would you still be with me?"
Scarlett raised an eyebrow. "Then I have to think it over."
Raymond's eyebrows twitched. He gazed fixedly at her eyes.
After a while, Scarlett felt embarrassed. " Then if I had nothing, would you still like me?"
"Yes.”
Scarlett smiled, saying softly, "Me too."
When she first fell in love with him, she didn't know he was from the Shaw family, nor did she know how rich he was. She just liked him.
Therefore, whether he was a Shaw or not, she liked him.
