Lizzie Hope
"I guess Beau is ok. They won't be needing us tonight." She squeezed Alec's hand and smirked. Based on the sounds coming from the ensuite bathroom, the mafia couple was oblivious to the outside world. A good thing they have the whole wing for themselves.
- More, Dominic! Oh, God. Yes! -
- Fuck! You're so wet, detka. So tight! -
Groans and moans can be heard even from the hallway. Lizzie giggled. A rare one for her. It seemed her life was brighter since joining this household.
She left the result of the blood test on the bedside table. They will congratulate the couple tomorrow.
The general encircled her waist and guided her out of the room. "Maybe we could get busy as well, honey. The tzar interrupted us earlier."
"Is that all you can think of?" She swatted his hands away from her butt. His caresses were distracting her.
"Yes, doc. You are all I can think of." He wiggled his eyebrows suggestively. Lips curved in a gentle smile. Why does he have to be so damn sexy?
It was impossible to deny him. She was addicted to him too. "I want to soak in a bath, Alec. You can join me if you want."
She walked past him with her nose in the air, two steps and she ended up in his arms. "Not so fast, doc."
Her slender arms encircled his neck, nipping his ear, she whispered, "Do you want me to wash every inch of you, Alec?"
He groaned at her suggestive tone, juggled her more firmly in his arms, he hurriedly retired to their own suite of rooms.
This will be another long night.

"Here are your prenatal vitamins, Beau. Make sure you take them every morning. It will lessen your nausea. And eat whatever you want. Lots of milk and fresh juices, ok? No more alcohol. Not even champagne." In her doctor zone, she rapped off instructions to her friend, trying to ignore the fact Beau was seated cozily on the tzar's lap. The man still made her nervous. It was like walking on a lion's den times ten. Thankfully Alec and Dinara were also in the room.
"What about sex? It is safe?" Dominic asked bluntly. Beau slapped his arm, eyes flashing, cheeks rosy from embarrassment.
The doctor was blushing too and Dinara was making gagging sounds.
"Yes. It is. Up until it's no longer comfortable for Beau." She mumbled.
- She was a doctor for christ's sake! - Ok. Back to business. "We can schedule an ultrasound tomorrow at the hospital.." She stopped when her employer raised his hand.
"Alec, have the equipment installed today." His general nodded and pulled out his phone. "Your parents and mine would want to be here when that happens."
Beau rolled her eyes. "By the way, Liz, why did I faint yesterday? Am I still anemic?"
The doctor shook her head yes. "Apparently, you are. We just have to make sure to increase your red blood cells. I will give you something for that. I highly recommend more meat, ok?"
Dinara giggled. Lizzie realized what she said and groaned. Pointedly, she warned her friend. Dominic and Alec looked smug. This was not going right.
The new tzarina grinned. "Don't worry, doc. Dominic will make sure I will have all the fresh meat I can get."
Alec tried not to choke on his laughter while Dominic was looking besotted and a rare soft smile was directed to his fiancee.
Lizzie Hope looked at the ceiling. - Oh, God. Take me, please? -
____________
Dominic
Like a man surveying his Midas of gold, he scanned his library cum office. Basically, headquarters for him and his detka. Two large antique desks flanked at its center. His, filled with documents while Beau's was filled with her gadgets.
As promised, all her things were brought from her cottage. His lips curve, remembering her excitement. Enjoying the view with fondness in his gray orbs. She was typing away on her computer. Not just a computer.
His tzarina explained it was her invention. The Beau system she called it. Apparently, she owned the most advanced software in the world. Her excitement was contagious when she explained everything to him. Sharing all of her secrets. A genius, that's what she was. He had never been more proud of her.
Dominic was one lucky bastard. Beauty, brains, and heart of gold. All his.
