“Kill them!” Xayvion ordered.

The masked men unsheathed their swords almost simultaneously at Xayvionʼs command.

“Do you really think you have what it takes to kill us?”

Hershyaʼs expression hardened. She leaped into the air and released an overpowering amount of aura. As she spun in mid-air, countless swords materialized from her auras.

Suddenly, those swords shot toward the masked men gathered around James and Hershya.

As each of those men was struck by a sword, an immense amount of sword energy exploded in their bodies. Those men were instantly annihilated.

It only took one hit from Hershya to exterminate those men.

Just then, a huge cloud of black aura rose from where those masked men were standing. That black aura drifted and gathered in a spot further away to form those masked men again.

“Huh?”

Hershya widened her eyes as she witnessed what had happened.

“Hahaha!” Xayvion threw his head back and laughed hysterically.

James knitted his brows.

“This is it for you, James Caden.” Xayvion walked toward him. He lifted his palm and conjured numerous inscriptions. Those inscriptions fused and formed a black sword.

“Stay behind me, Master. I’ll take care of him.” Hershya produced a sword as well.

“I’ll handle him. He and I come from the same era. If you fight him, you will incur karma.”

James continued, “You should try and stop this army of monsters while I fight him.”
