CHAPTER 11

On the other hand, Aliyah is waiting for Atif reply.

But she got no reply from Atif.

So since its pass midnight, she decided to go to sleep.

And then again when Aliyah fall asleep she had a dream.

AGAIN and again her dream is about the little boy and the girl name Haya.

In her dream she saw these scenes:

Haya is standing in front of the fast food where she used to wait for the son of Amila.

It’s about an hour of waiting but the little boy didn’t arrived.

But Haya wait for him patiently.

For she knew that the son of Amila where arrived no matter what happened.

But this time it’s too late than the usual time but the son of Amila didn’t show up.

Haya is worried now because of two reasons:

First, it’s late in the evening and she is still out. Her Aunt Selma will get angry when she arrived home too late in the evening. But she can take it. As long as she knew that her friend, the son of Amila is safe.

Second, she is worried on what happened to the little boy. She can take all the sermon that her Aunt Selma will give but she can’t take if there is something bad happen to the little boy.

Because Haya promised to Amila that she will take care of her son, Haya won’t let the little boy down. She do her best to take care of the little boy no matter what happened.

She don’t care if her Aunt Selma will get angry.

She decided to look first for the little boy before she will go home.

Haya look for the son of Amila in the nearby places.

She cannot find the little boy, until she decided to go up to the nearby footbridge.

There in the footbridge where the little boy used to shelter himself in the cold nights.

There in the footbridge, Haya found the son of Aliyah lying almost dead with cold.

The little boy is sick. He has a high fever, cough and colds. He got a flu.

Haya heard the little boy is crying and praying.

“Please, God, tell Haya that I’m here. I cannot go anymore to the place where I used to meet her. I’m too sick. I can’t bear no more but I want to see Haya first before I die and join my mother there in heaven.”

Haya is holding back her tears with all her might when she heard the little boy’s prayer.

Haya clear her throat before she speak for she cannot speak because she is about to cry.

Haya can’t believe of what she heard.

“Cry no more little boy because I’m here. God answer your prayer but please don’t leave me.” Haya said.

When the son of Amila heard Haya’s voice he forced himself to sit down.

The little boy smile but in his eyes there is a deep sadness.

“I don’t want to leave you Haya but I can’t bear no more. I felt that I’m dying…”

“Stop that!” Haya shout to the little boy.” It’s only the effect of fever, you will not die because of that.”

Haya got angry for she doesn’t want the feeling of being abandoned.

But her anger was vanished when he saw the little boy crying.

“I’m sorry Haya.” Said the little boy.

“It’s okay but please stop that drama.” Haya answer.

Then he gave the little food and water.

“Here eat first then we will go.” Haya said.
