Dr. Funke couldn't resist the charm of a good toast, so he lifted his glass to clink with Alaric’s, and together they drained their drinks to the last drop.

Took a nasty hit to the head and has been in a coma ever since. Dr. Funke, you're known for your miraculous acupuncture skills. Could you, perhaps, treat him?"

Dr. Funke had a peculiar habit when it came to healing. He only treated those he felt drawn to help. Otherwise, he wouldn't take on the case.

In his own words, he treated those he felt a karmic connection with. With so much suffering in the world, it was impossible to attend to everyone. He was no saint, after all.
