Freya had known all along that Eloise thought she was bluffing, banking on her own popularity to sway public opinion against her. But this time, Eloise had miscalculated. Freya actually had proof.
The courtyard was buzzing with students, their curiosity piqued about what evidence Freya claimed to hold in her hands.
Then, as everyone watched, Freya suddenly whipped out a USB drive, causing a buzz among the onlookers.
"A USB drive? What's she going to do with that?"
"How is a USB drive supposed to be evidence? Is she joking?"
Eloise scoffed, "I don't get it. What's that supposed to prove? That I hid cheats on it and used a computer to cheat during the exam?"
"Of course not," Freya retorted. "This USB contains footage from a camera I discreetly placed outside the invigilator's office. It clearly shows members of the student council breaking school rules, tampering with exam papers."
"Eloise, you're freaking out. Which school rule says I can't put a camera outside the invigilator's office? Drawing a blank? Why so nervous?"
The crowd sensed Eloise's panic. If she was innocent, why react so strongly?
The whispers grew louder as more people gathered, some even recording, eager to post the drama online.
