When Luna saw the unfolding scene, her jaw dropped in shock. "Holy smokes, who the heck is that?"
Right after Freya noticed the guards' uniforms and the family crest pinned on their chests, she immediately recognized them as men from the Sutton family.
"This is bad news!" After that, Freya grabbed Luna and darted into a nearby academic building for cover.
Kieran had just exited his car.
Jarrett reported, "Mr. Sutton, I've informed the principal, and he's already dispatched the school's security to search."
"Let our team handle the search," Kieran said firmly, glancing at his watch. "I want Freya here in front of me in fifteen minutes."
"Yes, Mr. Sutton."
Freya and Luna were hiding on the first floor of the academic building when Luna exclaimed, "Holy cow, why does Kieran need this whole crew? What's he planning?"
"I have no idea what's gotten into him now," Freya replied, frowning deeply.
In her past life, she had thrown herself at Kieran without pride, yet he barely paid her any attention, never once making such a grand gesture to find her.
And just as she wanted to call off their engagement, Kieran was chasing after her.
"Luna, it's not safe here. We should get moving," Freya suggested.
"Let's go!" Luna grabbed Freya's hand, ready to sprint upstairs to the ladies' room to hide, but they ran smack into the school security guards.
"Run!" Freya pulled Luna, attempting to flee. However, this time, Kieran appeared right at the entrance of the building.
