Chapter 807
“No, we’re not having a baby. I was just playing with your daddy,” Rosalie replied awkwardly and then quickly changed the topic. “By the way, hasn’t Guille gone to an amusement park with your daddy before?”
“I’ve been to the amusement park, but I have never gone there with Daddy,” Guillermo said.
Rosalie turned to look at Jonathan. “You didn’t go with him?”
“I asked the help to accompany him,” Jonathan said.
“But aren’t you concerned that Guille might get lost at the amusement park if the housekeeper neglects her duties?” Moreover, children would be happier when they visit an amusement park with their parents.
“He won’t go missing,” Jonathan said with great certainty.
“How can you be so sure?”
Then, Rosalie learned that Jonathan had actually reserved the entire amusement park for their use when Guillermo went there that day. Moreover, all the amusement park staff were dedicated solely to serving their son and the housekeeper who accompanied him.
Jonathan had even assigned ten bodyguards to ensure their son’s safety in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
Given the circumstances, there was little room for anything to go wrong. Nevertheless, Rosalie was left absolutely speechless by the grandiose scale that Jonathan had orchestrated for a child’s trip to the amusement park.
In her opinion, having the whole amusement park to yourself was like playing a solo video game; not much happiness could be derived from the experience.
“Guille, do
do you like to go to the amusement park?” Rosalie asked her son.
As expected, Guillermo shook his head and said, “It’s not fun.” He found enjoyment when he played the entertainment in the park for the first time, but he felt bored after the second go-around.
“The amusement park is fun!” Jennifer exclaimed beside him, clearly in disagreement with her brother. “Mommy and I visit the amusement park near our house several times a year. The pirate ship there is a blast, but there’s always a long line. Mommy only lets me ride it a maximum-of- two times each visit.”

Jennifer was clearly filled with remorse when she brought it up.
“Is it really fun?” Guillermo pondered, clearly perplexed. There were also pirate ships at the amusement park in Strico, and the housekeeper had taken him on the ride, but he had not found it interesting in the least.
“If you like it, then let Daddy reserve the whole amusement park again. You can ride the pirate ship as many times as you want,” Guillermo said.
“Is that okay?” Jennifer’s eyes suddenly lit up as she looked at Jonathan expectantly.
Jonathan was about to say yes when Rosalie quickly said, “Then let’s go to the amusement park together. There’s no need to book the entire park. Think of it this way. If we reserve the whole amusement park, other children won’t have a chance to enjoy it that day. Do you want the amusement park’s joy to be exclusively for you and not available to other kids?”
Jennifer immediately shook her head. When Guillermo saw her sister shaking her head, he also shook his head despite thinking there was nothing wrong. Since his sister wished for other children to have a chance to play, he was willing to share the enjoyment with them, too.
“Okay, that’s it. Let’s go to the amusement park together this weekend,” Rosalie said with a smile..
Jennifer immediately cheered happily. Although Guillermo was not interested in going to the amusement park, a faint smile appeared on his little face when he saw his sister so happy.
Jonathan looked at the heartwarming scene in front of him, and a hint of emotions flickered in his eyes. In the past, she had promised him a home, and now, she had indeed provided it through her and their children.
During these five years of amnesia, he had been lost in a fog of uncertainty. He had not realized how precious Guillermo was to him and had been equally unaware of just how much Rosalie meant to him.
He had simply meandered through these last five years.
Fortunately, she had returned, and their lives were slowly falling back into place. The only concern that still weighed on him was the memory he had yet to regain,
“Why did she leave me back then?” he thought again.
His only wish was for her words to be true-that she had not left him because she did not love him.

When they arrived at the amusement park entrance, Rosalie said to Jonathan, “Jon! Remember to hold Jen’s hand tightly. She sometimes will run off when she enters the amusement park.”
At this moment, Rosalie held Guillermo’s hand and could not help but admire her son’s excellent manners. She did not need to fret about him. In contrast, Jennifer had already spirited Jonathan away to explore, peppering him with a barrage of inquisitive questions.
“It won’t happen. Even if she runs away, someone will find her and bring her back,” Jonathan said.
“What? Could it be…” Rosalie blinked her eyes as she thought. Then, she asked, “Are there bodyguards following us today?”
“Yes, I’ve arranged for a few bodyguards to accompany us, but there aren’t many. Additionally, I’ve stationed personnel in the amusement park’s surveillance room. This way, we can swiftly review the security camera footage in the event of an emergency,” Jonathan explained. Rosalie hesitated to inquire further about what Jonathan meant by “not many.” She realized his interpretation of “not many” might differ significantly from hers.
Jonathan raised his eyebrows slightly when he saw Rosalie’s expression and asked, “Why? Do you dislike someone following us?”
“Well… it’s okay, actually.” After all, when she was pregnant back then, he had dispatched bodyguards to watch over her, too. “I just feel like it’s making quite a spectacle out of a simple outing like this.”
“Making quite a spectacle?” Jonathan’s mood dimmed a little as he pondered. He could not bear the possibility of losing her and their children again.
